The Lived Experience Advisory Board (LEAB) & Youth Action Board (YAB) are formal groups of the Heart of Texas homeless response system that elevate the perspectives of individuals directly impacted by homelessness and ensure policies, funding decisions, and system strategies reflect real community needs.​
